  1. Can Military Teams enter the RAF 2 Day March if they are not going to Nijmegen?

    YES - Although the event is used by the BMC as the Nijmegen Qualifying March, all teams are welcome.  Junior Teams (under 16 years of age) are also welcome to take part.

  2. When will I receive my receipt of entry?

    The Receipt of Entry will be sent out with Final Joining Instructions.

  3. When and how can I make amendments to my entry?

    Amendments after submission of your initial Entry Forms A and B, must be made on the amendment form.  Do not resubmit Entry Form B.

    After receipt of entry, the procedure detailed in the Final Joining Instructions MUST be followed.

    The Amendment Form can be downloaded from our site - please return to the 2 Day March page and select from the sub menu.  The form can be submitted by email to events@rafwarma.org.uk

  4. Where can I find details of accommodation local to the RAF 2 Day March event?

  5. I cannot open the downloaded documents - what is wrong?

  1. If I have entered for Nijmegen am I automatically entered for the RAF 2 Day March?

    No.  You must complete and submit the relevant paperwork to enter the RAF 2 Day March.  Click here to get this.

  2. Do the fees I have paid for Nijmegen cover my entry into the RAF 2 Day March?

    No.  You must pay the appropriate fee to enter the RAF 2 Day March which should accompany your entry form.  (Money sent to the Nijmegen co-ordinating officers is totally seperate).

  3. Is there a maximum of minimum number of marchers permitted in a team?

The maximum team size permitted is 18 including the team leader.  The minimum team size to qualify for a team award is 10, including the team leader.

10.  I have missed the deadline for pre-entries for civilian walker entry - can I still enter?

Sorry, no.  We are not able to accept any civilian walker entries which arrive after the deadline for receipt of entries.  The requirement to pre-register has been published on both our web page entry form and the downloadable event entry form. Walkers have been offered the option to enter and then pay on arrival,  We acknowledge your disappointment but unfortunately no late entries can be accepted.

11.  I've downoladed the military entry/marshals walk paperwork and cannot find the actual entry forms.

The Entry forms are embedded in the instructions document you downloaded - if you allow time for the document to load you will see a logo for Word/Excel - click on this and the forms will open.
